Elan Salon & Spa Policies
Elan Salon & Spa is committed to providing a relaxing atmosphere and best experience for every our guest. The following Salon & Spa Policies are intended to enhance everyone’s experience with us.
Elan Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
For services over 1 hour we require credit card information upon booking as we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note that if you cancel within that 24-hour period, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service price. If you no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service price. Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show”. Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail. Our Team depends on your timely arrival or cancellation. Thank you for your cooperation!
Please be advised that all discounted Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Package Deals and Spa Week Offers cannot be combined with any other Elan Salon & Spa offers, discounts and promotions.
First time clients receive 20% off any salon and spa services. Some restrictions may apply.
Gratuities: Cash only.
AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY:
Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.
All service, series and gift cards sales are final.
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase as required by Elan Salon & Spa in order for any exchanges and/or refunds to be given.
Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept opened and/or used returns of the following items: makeup, makeup brushes and applicators, skin care products, hair brushes and combs, other hair accessories, nail care and pedicure care products.
Gift Certificates and service series are non-refundable, and are good for one year. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
LATE ARRIVALS POLICY:
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minute grace period.
All aspects of treatment can usually be modified to your taste: amount of light, type of music, and whether you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. Feel free to ask questions. Your therapist will appreciate knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.
